EA Associates are currently recruiting for Project Managers & Senior Project Managers for several live roles with leading contractors in the super-prime residential and luxury hotel sectors. These are complex, design-led projects that demand a manager who understands the realities of delivering in logistically tight, high-spec environments. You’ll be responsible for taking schemes from pre-construction through to handover – coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, maintaining tight control over programme and cost, and upholding the standards expected in this sector.
Projects typically involve:
- Full internal refurbishments to occupied and unoccupied buildings
- Cut & carve schemes within existing structures
- Structural alterations and enabling works
- High-spec finishes to exacting client and design team expectations
To be considered, you’ll need to show:
