Our client is a leading contractor with multiple schemes across the UK. Due to continued success, we are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager to deliver a landmark development in Manchester.

About You:
- Commercially astute Project Manager
- Experienced at managing large, diverse site teams including delivery and commercial team members
- Experience in delivering schemes from brownfield through construction phases to handover either as Number 1 or as part of a larger team
- Experience of RC structures
- Experienced in liaising with utilities providers and large subcontracting teams
- SMSTS
- IT literate
- At ease conducting progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to uphold the highest health and safety standards
The scheme is anticipated to last 36 months and we are keen to engage with candidates looking for a permanent role.
