Position: Production Operative - 12 month fixed term contract
Salary: From £20.18 per hour (inclusive of position-based allowances). Shift premium and paid overtime may be available according to business requirements.

Ford Motor Company Limited is recruiting for a number of Production Operators for a 12 month fixed term contract. Dagenham Engine Plant is Ford Motor Company's sole diesel manufacturing location in Europe. It is located next to the river Thames, some 15 miles east of London. The plant has a long history stretching back over 90 years and employs around 1100 people.
We are looking to recruit a large number of production operators for our assembly work at Dagenham Engine Plant. The roles do not require any previous experience as training will be given, although relevant experience would be beneficial. You should be able to stand for long periods of time doing a repetitive but important manufacturing task. It takes lots of concentration and dedication to keep up to the speed of the task whilst still maintaining the quality which is expected by Ford.
IMPORTANT DATES
Candidates who are successful in reaching the final recruitment stage will be required to attend one assessment day, on either 29th April, 30th April or 1st May. The expected start dates are 2nd June and 9th June. Please only apply if you can commit to at least 1 assessment date and 1 start date.
