We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, a Principal Designer to join their existing team on a permanent basis. The main scope of the role will be to manage all aspects of various multiple size projects from inception through to completion; ensure that each project meets client expectations, complies with regulations and is completed on time and within budget. It is anticipated that a Principal Designer will be responsible for numerous projects across the practice for the purposes of CDM compliance.
The ideal candidate will have experience of AutoCAD and Revit, be a RIBA registered Principal Designer or APS Principal Designer or other recognised professional body ARB registered, hold NEBOSH certificate or other relevant qualification, and IMaPS, CMaps or FaPS and IOSH or IIRSM member. ARB/RIBA Membership would be an advantage but not critical.
