My client is a leading Design & Build firm in its area and is looking for a Preconstruction Manager / Coordinator urgently. They focus on the office fitout / Design & Build industry. You will be assisting on all precon duties - projects (CAT A + CAT B) running from start to finish, including the tender phase, cost plans, quotes, client liaison, liaison with QS / Architects / Designers / any required parties and much more.
The ideal candidate:
- Strong technical knowledge
- Have knowledge within Mechanical and Electrical
- Some experience within the Design & Build industry
- Can have background in Quantity Surveying / Estimating
- Extremely organised
- Strong communication skills
- Able to conduct site visits when required
