About the Role: This varied and rewarding role includes chronic disease management, immunisations, cervical screening, wound care, and more. The successful candidate will work closely with GPs, healthcare assistants, and other clinicians to provide holistic, patient-centred care. Whether you’re an experienced Practice Nurse or transitioning from another area of nursing, you’ll be well supported in your role and encouraged to take part in quality improvement and ongoing training. Key Responsibilities: Chronic disease management (e.g. diabetes, asthma, COPD, hypertension) Cervical cytology Childhood and adult immunisations, including travel health Wound care and dressings Health promotion and lifestyle advice Assisting with family planning and smoking cessation (if trained) Contributing to the clinical development of the practice What We’re Looking For: NMC-registered Registered General Nurse (RGN) Experience in a primary care or community setting is desirable Relevant clinical updates (e.g. cytology, immunisations) Excellent communication skills and a team-first approach A genuine interest in professional growth and patient-centred care Please call David on (phone number removed) to discuss
