Are you an experienced Powder Coater or Wet Sprayer looking for a new opportunity in a well-established manufacturing facility? We’re hiring for a Powder Coater to join a large-scale production team in Darlington – no qualifications needed, just hands-on experience with spray or powder coating!
About the Role:
You’ll be working on an automated powder coating line, spraying light steel parts used for building cladding. No prep work or sanding – your role is to touch up any areas the machine misses as the product moves past.
- Light work – steel for exterior cladding
- Modern, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Consistent, clean workflow on an automated line
Shifts:
- Mon–Fri, 4:30pm to 1:00am
- From May: Move to 4 x 10-hour shifts Mon - Thurs
- Weekday overtime available at 1.5x
- Weekend overtime (Fridays/Saturdays) available after shift change
What You Need:
- Experience with powder coating or wet spraying (no formal qualifications needed)
- A good eye for detail and reliable work ethic
