The Junior PM/PMO is expected to provide project management support for the program by:
- Tracking documents
- Scheduling meetings
- Documenting minutes of meetings
- Assisting in submitting updates as needed to meet reporting requirements
- Coordinating project activities
- Maintaining project plans, status reports and RAID logs
Over time, the candidate is expected to be able to participate in:
- Issue identification and resolution
- Risk identification and resolution
- Dependency identification and tracking
- Planning and facilitating working group meetings
Maintain reports on daily UAT test results as well as key KPIs on execution and pass rates, trade inventory bookings, defect discovery rates, and progress burndowns.
