Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards. Manage the pharmaceutical stock, ensure the supply of medications. Provide professional advice on healthcare and medication. Lead, manage and train the pharmacy team. Maintain a good relationship with customers and healthcare professionals. Report to the store manager on sales and customer satisfaction. Participate in health promotion campaigns.Profile A successful Pharmacist Manager should have: A degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology. Registration as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and regulations. Strong leadership and organisational skills.
