As a Permanence Social Worker, you will work to ensure that children in care receive high-quality support and achieve the best possible outcomes. You'll be part of a supportive and enabling workplace with excellent career progression opportunities. Responsibilities: Undertake assessments and care planning for children and young people in care. Develop and implement permanence plans that support stability and long-term outcomes. Work closely with foster carers, adopters, and connected carers to ensure the best placement matches. Advocate for children and young people, ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making. Prepare and present reports for reviews, courts, and multi-agency meetings. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support.Requirements: Qualifications: Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England. Experience: At least two years' post-qualification experience, ideally within safeguarding, child protection, or permanence. Skills: Strong assessment, planning, and decision-making skills.
