I am working alongside an engineering company in the Bradford area who are looking to add a Payroll & Accounts Administrator to their established team. They are a successful local business and are looking to add a payroll & accounts professional to their busy Payroll/HR department to be a key part of their business day to day. The client is looking for someone with end to end payroll experience and familiar with accounts and HR ideally to support all aspects of the department day to day.

Key Duties/Tasks:

  • Technical skills: systems preferred (Sage) & excel
  • Support the busy payroll & Accounts department
  • Working alongside HR to solve any discrepancies in payroll and liaise with team members and external stakeholders
  • Processing a weekly payroll
  • Accounts responsibilities such as processing invoices, conducting checks, dealing with remittances etc.
  • Bookkeeping responsibilities
