A Pastry Chef de Partie is required for a boutique luxury hotel where it is exclusive to residents only – no walk-in or outside bookings are allowed. You will be working on a stunning estate where a lot of the food and ingredients are sourced from the farm’s estate. This is ideal for a strong Pastry CDP who has a fine dining background – this is a relatively new project, so a great time to develop this new project.
This stunning venue on the South of England has live-in accommodation which is a 15-minute car journey – you must need to drive and have a car. The live-in is located in a seaside town full of shops, bars, supermarkets, etc.
