Job Description:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal CRM and ERP systems
- Liaise with the sales team and production manager to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Send order acknowledgments and updates to customers
- Clarify and rectify any purchase order discrepancies directly with customers
- Maintain communication with internal teams and clients via email and telephone
- Undertake in-house training to support knowledge development
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Previous experience in order processing, sales administration, or customer service
- Competent using CRM databases, spreadsheets, and IT systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage own workload
- Confident communicating professionally via email and telephone
- Comfortable working in a small, busy office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows 11 systems
