Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives. Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.Profile A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have: A strong background in customer service & administration.
