Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a Part-time Administrator, required by their client, a leading global manufacturing and engineering company. This role offers part-time work on a temporary basis.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support.
- Manage complex calendars, prioritise meeting requests, and ensure optimal time management.
- Organise, prepare agendas for, and coordinate meetings - including the organisation of leadership team meetings/logistics.
- Assist with team logistics, coordinating internal communications, and supporting general team operations.
- Plan and run internal and external events, such as team offsites, leadership workshops.
- Handle supplier invoice processing, budget tracking, and liaise with finance and procurement teams as needed.
- Coordinate international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and detailed travel schedules.
