Join Our Team as a Part Time Administrator! We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to support our office in Theale, West Berkshire.
About Us: We are a leading provider of software systems, committed to driving innovation and excellence.
Role Overview: As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, connecting with site leaders and fostering a positive office culture. This is a temporary position with an hourly rate of £14, working 24 hours per week. This role is for a couple of months which could be extended.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support
- Manage front office tasks, welcoming visitors and addressing their queries
- Handle emails, parcels, shipments
- Support travel arrangements for visitors
- Coordinate office supplies, vendor negotiations, and building management communications
- Maintain filing systems for contracts and documentation
- Assist in organising internal meetings and events
