Operations Manager Fostering

Good Afternoon We are currently recruiting for a social work operations manager for a private fostering home. West Sussex based 2 days in 3 days from home. Key responsibilities * Support the delivery and communication of annual budgets for each unit and resulting actions. Facilitate reviews and processes for the sector to aid in the overall financial delivery highlighting to the Account Director any risks. * Ensure all site team members have accurate and efficient financial control systems and are trained as specific to that site. * Develop Mgmt leads as required and identify the training needs. Work with relevant parties in To ensure these needs are met. * Be the first point of reference, for all client comments and concerns and take any necessary action
