My client is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Ocean Export Clerk, having worked in a start to finish role previously. Team players and people who have an energetic and enthusiastic attitude to work would be preferred. Responsibilities
- Arranging LCL and FCL export shipments to worldwide destinations
- Arranging collections with selected transport companies
- Effectively liaising with other branches, carriers, and sales department
- Providing an excellent customer service experience
- Handling orders, issuing Bills of Lading, invoices, issuing pre-alerts
- Knowledge of the physical loading of containers beneficial
- Customs clearance and entry within Sequoia or other customs system
