Neighbourhood Housing Lead (SW) – Join Our Team! Location: Agile – Home, Office & Patch-Based Contract: Temporary (Until 31st March 2025) Hours: Full Time Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of residents? We're looking for a Neighbourhood Housing Lead to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional housing management services. Why Join? As a Neighbourhood Housing Lead, you'll be the go-to person for residents in your designated patch (approx. (Apply online only) homes), ensuring they receive a reliable, consistent, and high-quality service. You'll build trust, drive improvements, and be the voice of the residents within the organisation. What You'll Do: ✔ Support the Housing Management team to deliver outstanding services ✔ Build strong relationships with residents and act as their key contact ✔ Tackle issues such as ASB, tenancy concerns, and property management ✔ Ensure residents have safe, well-maintained homes ✔ Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve challenges ✔ Represent residents' interests at forums and committees What We're Looking For: ✅ Strong relationship-building and communication skills ✅ A problem solver with determination and a can-do attitude ✅ Ability to challenge and push boundaries to achieve the best results ✅ Excellent time management and ability to handle complex workloads ✅ Experience in housing management or a similar field ✅ Ability to drive with access to a vehicle for work If you're passionate about housing, community, and delivering real change, apply now and become a vital part of our team
