We are currently seeking a skilled Multi Trade operative to complete both planned and reactive maintenance works in both domestic and commercial settings. The works will be varied in nature and will require both speed and precision.
You must be an experienced multi trader, at least qualified in one or more trades or time served in the building industry. You must be organised to carry out a multiple number of tasks or calls per day as directed by the works planning team ensuring we are carrying out an efficient service within our service level agreements.
You must be reliable, trustworthy, have a ‘can-do’ attitude, excellent communication skills and fantastic attention to detail. The successful applicant must have a skilled background.
BOTH MUST HAVE DRIVING LICENCE.
