Multi Skilled Engineer/ Maintenance (FM)

Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer / Maintenance Technician Location: Dunfermline Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer / Maintenance Technician with a solid background in mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in Facilities Management (FM) and will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of systems on-site. Key Responsibilities * Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems. * Diagnose and repair faults to ensure minimal downtime and operational efficiency. * Support the implementation of maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards. * Work collaboratively with contractors, subcontractors, and other site personnel. * Conduct regular inspections and ensure systems meet operational and safety standards. * Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. * Identify opportunities for improvements and recommend appropriate solutions. * Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Qualifications and Experience * Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer or Maintenance Technician with both mechanical and electrical expertise. * Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. * Facilities Management experience is highly desirable. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
