A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager or Mortgage Manager to join a respected and fast-growing whole-of-market mortgage brokerage. Based in South Yorkshire, this role offers a chance to manage and grow a team of skilled mortgage brokers across Sheffield, Doncaster, Rotherham, Barnsley, and the surrounding areas. This is a key leadership position with excellent progression, top-tier earnings, and the autonomy to shape your team for long-term success. 💼 The Role As a Mortgage Sales Manager, you’ll lead and support a team of 10–12 estate agency-based mortgage and protection brokers, with full backing to recruit and develop further advisors across the South Yorkshire and Derbyshire areas.
