The Role:
As a Designer, you’ll be pivotal in developing and executing design projects, collaborating with the team to bring creative concepts to life. You will:
- Develop tailored design solutions, ensuring bespoke concepts for every client
- Translate ideas into compelling 2D and 3D renderings for client pitches
- Curate and develop visually striking pitch documentation
- Create block plans, space planning layouts, and detailed design drawings
- Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings
- Lead client-facing meetings for design development and approvals
- Collaborate with technical designers, other creatives, and project managers to ensure seamless execution
About You:
- Strong design sensibility with an ability to articulate and present ideas confidently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate closely
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign
- SketchUp and Enscape would be a bonus
- Experience in Interior Design (Office Fit-Out experience is a plus)
