We are looking for a Graduate or equivalent, ideally in Marketing, Business, Events or similar, to join the marketing and communications team of an exceptional employer in this Administrator role. The position will be focused on admin and customer support as part of the marketing communications team and offers future scope for progression. As the Administrator you’ll be the first contact point for customers via email, phone and also work with other teams to ensure administrative tasks for the team are handled efficiently and timely.
The Marketing Administrator will:
- Be the point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Process requests into a variety of inboxes
- Upload details onto the website as required, ensuring accurate information is accessible
- Liaise with other teams to ensure processes are completed to a high standard
- Log engagement and event attendance for data collection
- Log social media engagement for data collection
- Process invoices
- Report on and track the team budget
Skills & experience required:
- Marketing or related Degree (or equivalent)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills and customer focused
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications
- Previous administrative experience is beneficial
Salary, hours and company benefits:
- £23,000 to £25,000
- 34.5 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays
