MC is partnering with a longstanding client to hire a recruiter to specialise in manufacturing for this well established engineering/manufacturing recruiter. Having researched the market carefully, they are investing heavily into this team and will be looking for at least two perm consultants in H1.
They offer a rolling start for a new hire with some client business to hand over and possess a great brand in their marketplace to assist you in opening up new doors. Ideally you will have a minimum of two years as a successful recruiter in technical markets and be ready for that next step.
