£28,000 - £30,000 (OTE £35,000) + Training + Overtime paid 1.5x + 33 Days Holiday Maidstone

Are you a Machine Operator or similar looking for a stable, hands-on role in a thriving print company, offering further industry training, great overtime rates to boost your earnings, and a competitive benefits package?

As a Machine Operator you will be manning the computer cutting machines like Zund, carrying out basic maintenance and helping out around the facility on the various machines like Kongsberg and Summa as well as the screen-printing facilities. Training will be provided on the industry specific machinery.

On offer is the opportunity to join a large format print company at the cutting edge of print and signage solutions, who will invest in their employees through training opportunities and who invest in the future through consistent upgrades of machinery.

This role would suit a Machine Operator with a background in print, sheet metal fabrication or CAD cut finishing looking for a stable role in a company which values its employees with great benefits and industry training.

The Role:

  • Operate machinery such as the Zund, Kongsberg, Summa and Screen Print facilities
  • Carry out Cut finishing for large format print
  • Basic maintenance of the machines
  • Week 1 Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm
  • Week 2 Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm

The Person:

  • Machine Operator Print / Sheet Metal / CAD Cut finishing experience
  • Commutable to Maidstone
