Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics strategy for the project.
- Oversee site access, traffic management, and material deliveries.
- Coordinate crane lifts and movement of goods across the site.
- Manage storage areas and ensure materials are distributed efficiently.
- Work closely with the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
