Lifecycle Programme Manager Location: Birmingham (Regional) Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum Package: Company Vehicle or Allowance + 33 days holiday including BH + Bonus + Company Pension + Life Assurance scheme + Gym & Retail discounts & Excellent Company Benefits Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Facilitate Search is a specialist recruitment business to the FM & Built Environment and we have partnered with one of the UK's largest FM service providers to recruit a Lifecycle Programme Manager in the West Midlands. Working across a small cluster of contracts you will be directly responsible for planning lifecycle and replacement works to assets and plant across a number of buildings within both healthcare and education environments. * Working for a world class Facilities Management services provider. * Provide expert technical guidance and support for lifecycle works, ensuring local teams adhere to industry best practices and compliance with relevant regulations, including SFG20. * Collaborate with internal teams and FM suppliers to proactively identify assets that fail to meet contractual maintenance requirements, and those that require replacement within the 5-year lifecycle plan. * Work closely with local Project Managers to ensure optimal technical solutions are implemented across all projects. * Successful applicants will hold a background in project/ lifecycle management ideally working within a FM environment. * It would be highly advantageous if applicants have previously worked on education/ healthcare/ PFI contracts understanding lifecycle programmes and replacement works within these environments. * As part of this role, you will act as a project manager solely responsible for planning and delivering lifecycle projects valued between £10k – £1m.
