Job Title: Lettings Assistant Location: Stockport Remuneration: £24,000pa plus commission Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (30 min lunch) – Office Based Contract Details: Temp To Perm Responsibilities: As a Lettings Assistant, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our company, playing a crucial role in ensuring a seamless lettings process. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with buy-to-rent properties Following up on enquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism Answering calls and providing excellent customer service Pre-screening potential tenants to find the perfect match Booking viewings and maintaining a high-paced workflowWe're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our mission of connecting quality tenants with outstanding properties.
