We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established law firm, seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join their property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a Partner and the wider team across Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing, and Property Finance. If you’re looking to develop your expertise in a collaborative and dynamic legal environment, this could be the perfect next step.

As a Legal Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of property transactions by providing administrative, secretarial, and paralegal support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and progressing case files efficiently while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assisting with property forms, searches, and compliance processes, including Land Registry, Companies House, and AML checks.
  • Using case management systems such as LEAP and InfoTrack (experience preferred).
  • Liaising professionally with clients and colleagues, delivering excellent client service.
  • Staying up to date with legal procedures and documentation requirements.

  • Strong IT and typing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
