As a Learning Disabilities Manager, you will have the rewarding role of providing exceptional care and support to those who need it most. Successful candidate will:1. Lead and inspire a dedicated team of support staff, ensuring high standards of care.2. Develop and implement personalised care plans tailored to individual needs.3. Foster a safe and supportive environment for both staff and service users.4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies.5.
