As a Junior Learning Designer, you’ll learn how to design accessible, visually engaging learning experiences that support a range of audiences and outcomes. From scripting content and selecting visuals, to building interactive modules using a variety of authoring tools, you’ll be hands-on in creating digital learning that really works. Working alongside project managers and cross-functional teams, you’ll also gain experience in the full design process.

You’ll bring strong communication skills, a natural curiosity about how people learn, and a keen eye for structure and clarity. With a proactive mindset, openness to feedback, and a passion for learning, you’ll have the space to develop your confidence and capability while contributing to projects that make a real difference for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Learn to create digital experiences that are accessible, effective and visually engaging
  • Script clear, concise and engaging content for varied audiences and learning outcomes
  • Select appropriate screen types, imagery and interactions to enhance learning
  • Build interactive digital learning modules using our chosen authoring tools (currently Adapt and Storyline)
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and cross-functional teams
  • Provide time estimates and methodically log work
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
