A leading high street supplier is looking to recruit a Junior/Footwear Technologist. Helping to ensure the product range is delivered on time and quality is fit for purpose. You will be part of the dedicated Tech team, working alongside the product and design teams to deliver a commercial range. This role will be hands-on and will handle a range of footwear across men's, women's and kid's.
We are looking for a Junior/Footwear Technologist who is:
- Experienced in footwear within the fashion industry
- Knowledgeable about consumer product safety requirements and able to interpret relevant legislation to ensure compliance
- Strong ability to risk assess product and understanding testing and performance
- Good communicator and someone who is comfortable working with colleagues and customers at all levels
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment
- Highly organised, efficient and able to work to tight deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Driven and results orientated
