Quantity Surveyor required to join an Interior fit-out company.
- Attending initial site surveys/scope of works meetings at tender stage.
- Advising on procurement strategy.
- Preparing and analysing costing for tenders.
- Tender adjudication and procurement of subcontractors.
- Identifying, analysing, and developing responses to commercial risks.
- Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
- Commercial management of subcontractors.
- Prepare and present project cost reports.
- Valuing completed work as terms agreed and arranging invoicing with the accounts department.
- Identify and track additional costs and variations not included in the original estimate for onward approval and charge to the customer.
