Our South West (Swindon, Bath, Bristol) client is looking to add a proven IT Trainer to their team. As an IT Trainer, you'll design and deliver high-quality training sessions on a variety of internal software systems. You’ll play a crucial role in onboarding new employees, upskilling existing staff, and helping teams adapt to system upgrades and rollouts.
Role remit:
- Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) on internal IT systems and applications.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and guides tailored to diverse learner needs.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and departmental managers to ensure training aligns with business needs.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs accordingly.
- Provide one-on-one support and coaching to employees as needed.
Your background:
- Proven experience as a trainer in IT systems or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software systems, e.g., Microsoft 365, SAP, Salesforce, bespoke CRM.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience creating training content and delivering to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and levels of tech proficiency.
