The role is to manage the full employee lifecycle, supporting the HR team and wider organisation through a period of change for 3 months. The role offers 1-2 days a month in the office in London. Client Details Health Charity London Based Description A Interim Senior HR Advisor to: – Manage the full employee lifecycle – Work collaboratively with the wider HR team – Coach and advise managers – Upskill managers on HR best practice – Support on ER casework Profile A Interim Senior HR Advisor with: – Previous experience managing the full employee lifecycle – Able to stat from April – Previous experience working in a fast pace organisation Job Offer Interim Senior HR Advisor 3 months initially £50,000 per annum 1-2 days a month in the London office
