Import Administrator We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Import Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team based in Laindon, Essex. (TEMPORARY) Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:30pm Role Overview: * Handle administrative tasks related to import shipments efficiently and accurately * Ensure all import documentation is processed in line with company and legal requirements * Liaise with clients, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of imports * Accurately input data and maintain records using in-house systems and MS Office * Monitor shipment status and assist in resolving any delays or discrepancies * Respond to customer and supplier queries in a timely and professional manner * Support the import team to meet KPIs and compliance standards The ideal candidate will have: * Experience or strong interest in import freight administration * Proficiency in IT systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * High attention to detail and strong organisational skills * Clear and professional communication skills * The ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively * A strong commitment to compliance and accurate documentation If this sounds like the perfect job for you, please apply now!
