Assist in managing HR records, maintaining up-to-date employee data, and preparing reports. Contribute to talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data. Support in employee engagement initiatives. Handle HR-related inquiries and provide solutions. Perform administrative duties related to HR functions. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Profile A successful HR Shared Services Assistant should have: A degree in Human Resources or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
