12 Month FTC With multiple sites in the UK, our client is part of a rapidly growing business supplying high quality products to the UK's leading retailers, QSR and foodservice customers. The role: * Leading site HR whilst supporting on strategic and group projects * Driving a high-performance culture by challenging and coaching managers to appropriately apply performance and development principles and tools * Lead the ethical agenda to ensure that the Company achieves and maintains the targeted level of accreditation through customer/legal auditing processes * Support and facilitate all key internal stakeholders * Foster effective employee engagement and communication across the business, develop and deliver a strong people agenda Your Experience: * Experience gained within an FMCG manufacturing environment * Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified. * Experience of managing direct reports/small team would be desirable * The ideal candidate will be able to deliver change and have a strong enough character to be able to influence at senior management level
