Site HR Business Partner role - 9-12 month contract
Client Details: The client is a manufacturing organisation based in Droitwich.
Description:
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Deliver HR initiatives covering recruitment, talent management, compensation, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Support leadership teams in driving culture-building efforts, employee satisfaction, and organisational alignment.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and update HR policies in line with best practices.
- Utilise HR metrics and workforce data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Oversee HR administration, including contract management, onboarding, HR systems maintenance, and payroll support.
- Drive efficiency improvements through HR process enhancements and system updates.
Profile:
- Degree in Human Resources Management and/or CIPD Level 7 qualification (or working towards it).
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Experience working in a large matrix organisation is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and UK employment law.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to foster a transparent and collaborative workplace.
