Housing Options Advisor We are working in partnership with a Local Authority in the Kettering area who are looking to appoint a Housing Options Advisor to work within their Homelessness Service. As a Housing Options Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals and families facing housing difficulties. You'll provide high-quality advice on housing rights, options, and homelessness prevention in line with the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017. Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored housing advice to prevent homelessness. Assess housing needs under the Housing Act 1996 (as amended). Create and manage Personalised Housing Plans. Liaise with landlords, housing associations, and support services.
