Housing provider in the Berkshire area are looking for an interim head of assets to join their property services team for an initial period of 6 months. Purpose of the role: To lead and strategically manage all contracts within the Asset Management Department, ensuring value for money and high standards of service delivery. This role involves significant internal partnering and collaboration to connect various business functions and ensure seamless operations. •Extensive experience in contract management, procurement, and supplier management. •Experience of managing budgets and financial performance. •Experience of developing and implementing strategies and setting clear objectives to drive delivery.
