Maintenance Technicians/Handypersons required.
Working: Mon to Fri, 8am till 5pm (40hrs)
Pay: £13.50 PAYE or £17.00 UMBRELLA (No CIS/LTD)
Duration: 5 months, temp to perm
Based in: Brighton, BN88
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Maintenance / repair to joinery
- Maintenance / minor repair to building fabric
- Ad hoc painting / touching up to properties
- Minor mechanical / electrical repairs
- Minor repair to plumbing systems and clearing blockages
- (PPM’s) Planned Preventative Maintenance jobs assigned
- Repairs and modifications to tiling
- Repairs and maintenance to ceiling tiles, and any general repair to the facility that is required to maintain the standard of the building
