The Fundraising Coordinator will be responsible for stewarding supporters and donors, helping coordinate fundraising activities and associated administrative duties. Client Details Charity based in the Oxfordshire area. Description The Fundraising Coordinator will be responsible for: Working with the Individual Giving Manager, Fundraiser and wider fundraising team to administer donor support communication Administering the individual giving fundraising programme Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders & partners Plan, execute and assist in delivering national and large-scale fundraising activities Thank all donors in a timely manner via e-mail and letters and keep accurate records Ensure that the database CRM records for supporters and donors are maintained and up to date Develop and refine systems and processes to enhance donor experience and support Respond to general enquiries from the fundraising email address and the fundraising phoneline Support the Individual Giving Manager and Fundraiser on the development and implementation of fundraising campaigns Help plan and coordinate fundraising campaigns and initiatives Liaise across the charity fundraising collateral and support the wider teams in developing materials for community fundraising Provide a first point of contact for individuals who are fundraising for including sending out fundraising packs and providing fundraising guidance and adviceProfile The Fundraising Coordinator will have the following skills & experience: Previous experience within a charity is desirable A positive and creative approach to work Self-motivated and confident in working both independently and in teams Good communicator, including face-to-face, phone, in writing and via remote communications Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise workload and plan-aheadJob Offer The Fundraising Coordinator position offer hybrid working based in the Oxfordshire area. £30,000 + 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays) + pension
