Freelance Quantity Surveyor - London based - Residential

I am currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor based in London to work on new build residential projects within London and the home counties. Projects are – a £18million new build residential development with commercial units in North London and a £8 million new build TRAD residential block of apartments also North West London. Key duties will be – managing trade packages together, overseeing all payments to subcontractors, managing tender returns, producing weekly cost forecasting & produce CVR's. You will be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and will be able to work from the office & site. My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate with the position looking to start ASAP.
