We’re working with an established, family ran shopfitting company that’s looking for a Finance Administrator to join their friendly office team. You’ll get hands-on experience in both finance and general administration, with plenty of support and training to help you grow. This is a fantastic chance to gain practical skills in a busy, fast-paced environment, with opportunities to learn more about how a successful business operates.

As a Finance Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting with day-to-day tasks like processing invoices and purchase orders
- Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
- Assisting with general office administration tasks such as filing, emails, and answering phones
- Communicating with suppliers and clients to resolve queries
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc admin tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- No specific experience is required, but any administration or finance experience would be a bonus
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail

- Basic IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
