The role of the Field Service Engineer – Biomass & Commercial Gas Boilers will involve:
- Field Service Engineer position promoting the servicing, testing, inspection, repairs and installation of Biomass & Commercial Gas Boilers
- Field based role working on site
- Dealing with main contractors and plumbing & heating contractors
- Holding accountability for all aspects of your van stock, safety equipment and training
- From time to time working outside of geographical region to provide sickness, holiday and workload cover
- Working competently whilst unsupervised and ensuring the job is completed before leaving site
- Possessing the ability to deliver excellent customer service when on site
The ideal applicant will be a Field Service Engineer – Biomass & Commercial Gas Boilers with:
- Must have a minimum experience with installing, servicing & repairing biomass boilers
- Ideally will have industrial boiler experience
- Technically astute
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A highly motivated individual, who is flexible and has an excellent work ethic
