At Key Health, we pride ourselves on the relationships we have built with our clients, with the aim of supporting them with their needs in a timely and professional manner. We are currently recruiting female Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers for ongoing work across Witham (CM8). We are recruiting staff on a temporary to permanent basis where you will be on a probation period for 12 weeks before you move across permanently.

Role:

You will be supporting people with a learning disability, physical disability, autism, epilepsy, and physical disabilities to enjoy an excellent quality of life focused on maximising their independence and community connections. You will have the opportunity to be part of a service providing effective support for service users. This role involves domiciliary care, personal care, and the use of specialist M&H equipment such as hoists, wheelchairs, and stair lifts.

We require:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in care within the UK
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK (We do not offer sponsorship)
  • Ability to provide 2 references (one from current or most recent employer)
  • Enhanced DBS that is on the update service (Desirable)
  • Full manual driving license

Hours:

Full time - 37.5 hours per week to be worked flexibly according to a rota and to include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary:

Weekday: £14.50 per hour (Probation)
Night/Weekend: £14.75 per hour (Probation)
Around 24k per annum (Permanent)
