Female Health Care Worker The Health Care Worker will be working with a variety of service users in their own homes, supporting them with personal care and activities of daily living, ensuring their care needs are being met, offering person centred and holistic care. The Health Care Worker will provide effective care which is centred around the service user, ensuring safety at all times, respecting dignity and offering privacy. The Female Health Care Worker must be: * Compassionate * Caring * Trustworthy * Willing to learn new skills * Have good communication skills Duties as a Female Health Care Worker will include: * Personal care * Administration of medication * Companionship * Preparation of meals * Bed making * Light domestic duties * Moving and handling * Accompanying to appointments * Trips shopping complete care plans * Working in partnership with others * Communicating with families * Driving experience
