Facilities Co-ordinator Start Date – ASAP Monday to Friday 08:00 – 14:30 (Could be changed so within 07:30 – 14:30) Part-time Location(s) Rugby – United Kingdom Job Title: Facilities Coordinator/Associate We are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to join the team located in Rugby. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operational delivery of all Facility Management services. Key Tasks · Primary focus on delivery of FM Operations SLA’s in accordance with KPI · Co-ordinate with FM Operations and 3rd party contractors/ partners to deliver service level agreements. · Support/Monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities. · Comply with HSE requirements as outlined and as instructed by the company policy (Client). · Ensure all contractors, under sphere of control, operate within appropriate QHSE processes and client HSE standards. · Monitor and maintain stationery levels, post-room activity and other office facilities such as the printer and AV equipment. · General office admin related to FM documentation · Potential need to cover Reception function occasionally · Management of Archiving System and processes · Potential need to cover Reprographics Management process Person Specification * Knowledge and awareness of the facilities management. * Strong PC skills, MS Office. * Good administrative skills. * Well organised and good prioritisation and planning skills * Ensuring that all FM services are delivered in a confident and efficient manner. * Practical experience in working with supply partners. * Customer services experience and the ability to communicate at all levels. Desirable Experience * Working with Health & Safety processes and procedures * Audit and inspections of contractors work and Risk Assessment and Method Statements
